I don't mean to be obsessing about earthquakes but after receiving this email from my mother this past weekend, I decided it was worthy of sharing with all our friends.

Having grown up in the Bay Area I have had my share of earthquake drills. Now it seems all our 'duck and cover' training might not be the only safe course of action.

As our trusty Gail pointed out, there are some points in this article that the Red Cross disputes. However, both parties agree that the Triangle Of Life is the important and should be taken into consideration given your environment when the earth starts shaking..
